Product Care
Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean, dry sponge or cloth. An appropriate rug pad is highly recommended on all surfaces to prevent slipping, add cushion, and improve durability. For vacuuming, use a vacuum cleaner without a beater bar or one where you can set the bar to the highest pile setting. If your vacuum has variable power settings, set on low. Vacuum full length of the rug, turn and repeat to the next area, rather than back and forth motion.

Returns
Stock is dynamic. It's not completely managed by us, as we're involved with several parties such as the factory and our storage. Therefore, the actual inventory could alter at any time. It is possible that stocks could be depleted after the order has been made.
The period of time is 30 days. If 30 days have gone in the past since you purchased, unfortunately we can't offer an exchange or refund.
In order to be eligible for a refund the item must be in good condition and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original package.
